Grace Counseling is a lay counseling center of Grace Community Church that exists to help people work through obstacles that hinder spiritual, mental, and/or emotional development in a safe environment. We offer an integrative approach to counseling (Biblical and cognitive) at no cost for up to 10 free sessions.
Grace Counseling is available for those within our Grace family and community who are at least 18 years of age. In cases where the Grace Counseling Team may be unable to help, referrals are available for outside professional help including children and family counseling. Childcare is not available for Grace Counseling Center appointments.
Grace Counseling is not a crisis center, but rather, a short-term Christian lay counseling facility. If this is an emergency, please dial 911, MMIC Crisis Line at (800) 564-5465, or Empact at (480) 784-1500.

Hosted by Leonard V. Nasca, LCSW, this podcast answers common questions about behavioral health - specifically how cognitive distortions play on the words we use, the thoughts we have, and ultimately how we behave and emote. Lenny will share his insights on cognitive distortions and feature special guest speakers. This podcast is designed to help guide you through difficult concepts and encourage you to seek support through both faith and practical mental health strategies.
